Archive project

Archive project saves it with all its documents and all data used in its design (such as symbols, title blocks, or configurations).

1.     Select the project from the list (The Archive feature accepts the multi-selection).

2.     Click the Archive icon.

3.     If you have Shortcuts in the project, an option dialog box opens asking you to include or not the files managed by the shortcut.

4.     An option dialog box opens asking you if you want to update the report and terminal strip drawings (according to the project configuration settings).

5.     In the Save As window, choose the folder and name for the archive file.

A project cannot be archived if it is open on another workstation (Client/Server installation) or on another session (3D add-in).

The archived project file extension is .PROJ.TEWZIP. Archived projects remain available in the Projects Manager.
